I had to
leave school at a young age to because of parents financial situation. I didn't want to and was rather upset. A young nun gave me an envelope with 10 tiny pieces of paper with a 2 letter word on each piece of paper. When put together they read 'if it is to be it is up to me' - I lived with this philosophy for a long time whilst I was educating myself and moving through the corporate world. I have since learned to add 'God' 'the universe' or whatever name one gives to divine support to that phrase. I believe this young nun knew I would eventually come to this

Deliberately generating emotion especially strong emotion and keep it internalised only then using that energy generated (life force energy) to power your prayers for quicker results. The energy once used on prayer will dissipate within seconds and will no longer affect you. Your prayer should come about quickly.
